Woodpecker's Nest and Squirrel's Drey have been converted from a large agricultural barn. Finished to a very high standard the properties are a mirror image of each other, and are available to rent either separately or together for larger groups. 

Ideal for both summer holidays and cosy winter breaks , the holiday barns have tiled floors throughout with hot water and underfloor heating provided by an Eco- friendly air source heat pump. Each single storey unit features an open plan living /dining area, bathroom with walk in shower, and sleeps up to 4 people.

The barns are situated within the grounds of the owners' property,which extends to 3 1/2 acres , and are ideally placed in a peaceful location for easy access to the many tourist attractions of North Norfolk.

Behind the barns in the extensive grounds we have a football goal, trampoline and children’s play area. There is an enclosed shared garden at the front with picnic benches, a summer house and a stand for your disposable BBQ.

There is also a games room with a pool table and table football. 
The games room also has a washing machine, tumble drier (at a small extra cost) and a freezer.
